β€’ Support Technician role within Jonas Sports, delivering customer service to sports clients. β€’ Logging and progressing 1st/2nd line Support Calls using an established system. β€’ Follow up on customer care calls. β€’ Promote latest products and services to customers. β€’ Maintain and exceed customer service standards. β€’ Provide out of hours emergency support on a rotational basis. β€’ Produce internal and external training documentation.

Requirements

β€’ Analytically minded and strong at problem-solving. β€’ Excellent communication skills. β€’ Excellent phone manner. β€’ Communication skills to talk to all levels of stakeholders. β€’ Good organisation and time management skills. β€’ Prioritisation and calmness under pressure. β€’ Basic Windows 10 knowledge and experience. β€’ Full UK clean driving license and use of a personal car.
