📋 Description

• We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Database Administrator (DBA) to manage, secure, and optimize our database system across the organization. • This role is critical to ensure our data is highly available, consistent, and performant, supporting everything from daily operations to advanced analytics and reporting. • The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing cloud and on-premise database environments, with deep expertise in database tuning, backups, user management, and high-availability configurations.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Database Administrator with Microsoft SQL Server. • Proficiency in T-SQL and query performance tuning. • Hands-on experience with Azure SQL, SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), and SQL Agent Jobs. • Strong scripting skills with PowerShell for automation and tasks scheduling. • Understanding of high availability solutions (e.g., Always on Availability Groups, Failover Clustering). • Experience with database Security protocols and compliance practices. • Familiarity with monitoring tools such as SQL server Profiler, Extended Events, or third-party tools like Redgate or SolarWinds.
