📋 Description

• As a Corporate Compliance Officer you will play a vital role in ensuring that our organization adheres to all regulatory requirements and internal policies. • You will be responsible for conducting compliance testing, audits, and investigations, generating reports, identifying, and resolving regulatory gaps, and assisting in the implementation of compliance systems and procedures. • Audit of records to ensure compliance and quality assurance. • Arrange, conduct, and monitor compliance testing, audits, and investigations to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies. • Generate detailed analyses and reports containing the results of compliance testing for presentation to management. • Inform supervisors of any compliance violations and work collaboratively to address and rectify issues. • Review internal systems, controls, and processes to identify regulatory gaps and deficiencies, proposing and implementing solutions to resolve them. • Assist in the implementation of new and updated compliance systems, standards, processes, procedures, and policies across the organization. • Provide ongoing monitoring of compliance information systems and processes to ensure continued adherence to regulatory requirements. • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations relevant to the healthcare industry, as well as company policies, procedures, and internal controls. • Develop, maintain, and deliver compliance training content and programs to educate employees on compliance standards and requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, law, or a related field. • A Master's degree is a plus. • Proven experience 2 years in compliance roles within the healthcare industry, demonstrating a strong understanding of regulatory standards and requirements. • Any one of the recognized Healthcare Compliance Certifications are required at hire or within 6 months of hire: Certified Professional Compliance Officer (CPCO) OR Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) OR Certified in Healthcare Privacy Compliance (CHPC)
