📋 Description
• We are seeking an experienced Consultant to join our newly established Strategic Advisory team. • This role offers the chance to shape the future of offshore wind by driving strategic initiatives. • You will be at the forefront of the offshore wind industry, engaged in transformative projects. • Lead Tendering Processes: Oversee bid preparation and submission for offshore wind projects. • Deliver Successful Projects: Manage and execute awarded projects. • Develop Market Strategies: Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth. • Collaborate with Specialists: Work with internal and external experts to develop innovative solutions. • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. • Comprehensive Analysis: Develop business cases incorporating technical, commercial, and financial considerations. • Knowledge Sharing: Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and seminars.
🎯 Requirements
• MBA from a top business school or equivalent or experienced professionals. • Experience in offshore wind or offshore energy infrastructure development (preferred). • Background in management consulting (preferred). • Proficiency in financial modeling including excellent Excel skills. • Knowledge of project finance, Public Private Partnership (PPP), Power Purchase Agreement (PPA), and Levelized Cost of Electricity (LCOE). • Strong understanding of technical and commercial aspects of renewable energy projects. • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Collaborative mindset with a focus on teamwork and interpersonal relationships. • Critical and creative thinking with intellectual rigour. • Highly organized, with excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask in high-pressure environments. • Natural curiosity and eagerness to learn. • Adaptability to ambiguous and dynamic situations. • Team player who can also work independently and take initiative. • Willingness to travel as needed for project requirements.
