• Remote position • Compensation: $20k-$40k annually • Responsible for creating compelling visuals and graphics that support our clients’ paid digital media campaigns on networks like Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest, Google, YouTube, Bing, Outbrain, Taboola and more. • This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record of designing for social platforms, staying current with industry trends, and delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment. • You will be responsible for planning and executing different creative assets required for a client’s advertising campaign. • This can include design of graphic statics, photo editing and text layout, and styleframes/storyboards/design for animation. • This role will work closely with our creative team to produce, convert and optimize all creative elements needed for testing strategies across various paid media channels. • The successful candidate will work closely with our creative and strategy teams to produce designs that captivate audiences and drive results. • You will need to manage multiple projects at once from concept to final deliverables. • Additional Responsibilities/Expectations include: • Conceptualize, design, and execute image creative content for various advertising networks that include social, display, native, shopping and search channels. • Use Adobe Creative Cloud apps, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, as well as Figma, Microsoft Office, and Google productivity tools. • Demonstrated experience designing for paid social platforms with an understanding of platform-specific creative nuances. • Have a strong sense of design and utilize design systems/patterns to ensure high quality and effective visual messaging. • Leverage stock imagery, graphics, illustration, and AI-generated content for ad creative especially in instances with clients/brands without extensive existing assets/ads. • Develop moodboards, styleframes, and storyboards to pre-visualize content ideas to help facilitate client and team buy-in. • Must be able to identify emerging platform trends both through paid industry/competitor research as well as reverse engineering organic social trends to find new ways to tell stories and present advertising content. • Experience with video editing and motion graphics is not required but a huge plus. • Manage multiple projects at once from concept through to final deliverables within a fast-paced, deadline driven environment while understanding client expectations and internal workloads and timelines. • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication skills with a collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams. • Bring a solid foundation in design principles—from understanding color theory and readability to mastering platform-specific aspect ratios. • An eye for the details that make designs legible and impactful is essential. • Work alongside a creative team to create static design content for various digital ad formats and aspect ratios.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience • Must be well versed in the Adobe Creative Cloud particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and Lightroom. • Demonstrated experience designing for paid social platforms with an understanding of platform-specific creative nuances. • Knowledge of photo retouching, color correction, illustration, typography, and layout design. • Experience using Google suite. • Experience with Monday.com, Notion, Tableau, and Figma all a plus.
