Description

• Evaluates each new role in the organization for pricing throughout the year. • Supports the annual & mid year merit program cycle globally • Leads the completion of all salary surveys and spot-surveys - recommending additional data needed. • Analyzes data and presents in easily digestible form for the People Team and the business. Comes prepared with key insights and possible solutions. • Audits compensation data for accuracy, monitors for discrepancies and updates needed to keep this one-source of truth accurate. • Assists in the implementation of a new compensation planning tool in partnership with People Operations Manager.

• A keen data analyst who has a high regard for quality and accuracy • A critical thinker who can digest large data sets and present them in a clear and concise manner with meaningful observations. • A partnership focused SME who can help People Partners, Talent Attraction and the business understand and support the compensation structure.
