Description
• All roles at JumpCloud are Remote unless otherwise specified in the Job Description. • JumpCloud® delivers a unified open directory platform that makes it easy to securely manage identities, devices, and access across your organization. • JumpCloud is seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our Core Services team. • You'll architect and develop mission-critical services that power JumpCloud's foundational infrastructure. • You'll be responsible for designing and implementing highly available distributed systems.
Requirements
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with distributed systems • Deep expertise in Go and/or Node.js • Strong background in API design and microservices architecture • Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) • Track record of building highly available, fault-tolerant systems • Knowledge of PKI, authentication protocols, and security best practices • Experience with MongoDB/DocDB and database migration strategies
