JumpCloud® is IT Simplified. • About the Role: You will lead our strategy for video content that drives awareness and engagement as well as pipeline, supporting top of funnel as well as mid-funnel content. You will lead a team of in-house designers and help them ideate creative concepts while also ensuring high quality (and sometimes high quantity) outputs in a fast-paced environment. You will support production of our audio podcasts. You will help partner and stakeholder organizations with their design and video needs–and create processes for production that meet quality standards, support work that may expand dramatically around launches or big events or campaigns, and that synergize with your own and broader Marketing team needs and priorities. You will produce assets that will be syndicated on social and JumpCloud properties as well as via marketing nurture and SDR email sequences, be shown at events and tradeshows, and that will be available for download or subscription via third party and JumpCloud sites. You will own our video and podcast syndication strategies, as well and synergize with our SEO team for maximum impact on critical video sites such as YouTube.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent. • 7-10 years of multimedia production experience, preferably in a B2B tech context and in a fast-paced startup. • Understanding of video publishing requirements and outlets/publishers. • Ability to draft company-wide video guidelines–and train other video producers against those guidelines. • Understanding of effective content structures and storytelling frameworks. • Ability to predict audience preferences with an editorial mindset. • People, team, and/or agency management experience.
