📋 Description
• As a Digital Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless execution of operational processes across all service lines. • You would oversee and manage a team of ~8 cross-functional leaders spanning the client services departments. • In this role, you are ultimately accountable for ensuring that all clients are receiving high-quality and timely service deliverables while achieving the expected results from our services. • Ensuring clients consistently achieve the ROI expected from our services. • Proactively identifying and resolving issues, providing troubleshooting support to functional leaders. • Driving accountability within your team, ensuring all direct reports manage their teams effectively and meet KPIs. • Protecting organizational profitability by managing capacity and accurately forecasting hiring needs. • Leading innovation and continuous optimization across service offerings, ensuring maximum efficiency and results.
🎯 Requirements
• Min. 8+ years experience w/ 4+ years hands on digital marketing and project management (must have) • Well versed in SEO, inbound marketing, content, social, & web development, email automation, paid media, design • Min. 4 years management of team sizes of 10+ direct reports (must have) • Highly systems-focused with experience in developing SOPs, KPIs, and building high-performance teams • Proven in coaching teams and managing performance to drive growth in 8-9 figure revenue environments • You “love” people management and consider it a passion • Exceptionally strong in interpersonal skills and in collaboration • Must be extremely organized, detail oriented, disciplined & resourceful • Highly proficient in leveraging AI to optimize marketing execution. • Familiarity with Traction EOS or Rockefeller habits is a major asset • Experienced in an Agency environment is a major plus • Proactively able to manage workload and resources across a team
