• 2+ years of proven experience in a DM setting role with booking appointments through LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other social platforms. • 2+ years of experience using human and sales psychology to build trust, handle objections, and influence decision-making through messaging. • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding quota in a DM setting role. • Strong understanding of social media platforms, engagement, profile optimization, and direct message outreach. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling, persuasive messages that convert. • Ability to manage multiple profiles efficiently while maintaining high-quality interactions. • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to meet KPIs with high levels of focus and productivity. • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and basic reporting. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Knowledge of the IT MSP domain is a strong asset.
