โ€ข Be part of our ambitious team and help advance the legal tech platform of the future โ€ข Initial customer contact and acquisition of new customers (inbound and outbound) โ€ข Handling of customer inquiries โ€ข Structured initial conversations to qualify customer inquiries โ€ข Conduct standardized product demos to determine the specific use case with the customer โ€ข Create and send product documents and customer presentations โ€ข Deal qualification โ€ข Presentation, evaluation, and qualification of customer inquiries in collaboration with the CBDO, CEO, and CTO, as well as determining the extended customer team and task allocation โ€ข Involvement of knowledge bearers and specialists depending on the use case and customer inquiry in the further sales process โ€ข Take over the entire customer acquisition process: customer contact, project management, customer data management in the CRM system, accompanying the contract process, gathering information, etc. โ€ข Close collaboration and interface management with the customer success team โ€ข Ensure a structured handover process between sales and customer success โ€ข Forward customer feedback for continuous improvement of the product โ€ข Build up and regularly conduct sales controlling โ€ข Care for existing customers and upselling targeted addressing of customers with updates โ€ข Regular exchange to respond to changing needs โ€ข Expand existing customers through upselling (features)

โ€ข Ideally a degree and/or comparable professional experience in law or related fields โ€ข Experience in B2B sales, preferably from the SaaS or Legal Tech/Operations sector โ€ข Work experience in a law firm or legal department is an advantage โ€ข Strong industry and product affinity, ideally experience with Legal Tech products and services โ€ข Experience in the complete sales life cycle โ€ข Professional, structured customer communication and working style โ€ข Proficient in project management and CRM systems โ€ข Enthusiasm, proactive engagement, and strong willingness to learn โ€ข Team spirit, commitment, and empathy โ€ข Convincing and negotiation skills โ€ข Very good German and good English skills
