🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience supporting a CEO or executive(s) in a fast-paced environment. • Strong ability to anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and own high-level initiatives. • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a track record of managing multiple priorities effectively. • Outstanding written and verbal communication, with a focus on clarity, discretion, and professionalism. • Proficiency in productivity tools such as Google Suite, Slack, Notion, and Asana (or similar). • Comfortable working in a remote-first, dynamic environment with a global team.
