• As a Chatbot Engineer, responsible for implementing customers' chatbots on the botario platform • Develop customized chatbots and voicebots for customers • Involved in the development process from conceptualization to deployment • Define how desired processes can be implemented in dialog form • Create the necessary content for the chatbot • Develop integrations with customers' system landscape • Use prompt engineering to improve bots' efficiency and accuracy
Requirements
• A successfully completed university degree or a comparable qualification • Professional experience in software development or chatbot development • Strong programming skills in Python • Experience with the latest LLM technologies and practices • Solution-oriented thinking and analytical, systematic problem-solving • Enjoy working in a team with agile methodologies • Independent working style • Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken
