Administración de backlog técnico y planificación de la ejecución. Participar de reuniones técnicas para validar y proponer soluciones. Resolución de bugs y deuda técnica. Aseguramiento de la calidad de software. Liderar todas las ceremonias del equipo (Standup, grooming, planning, retrospectives). Desarrollo hands on de software. Liderazgo de perfiles técnicos.
Requirements
Lic o Ing en sistemas, computación o afín. +5 años de experiencia en la liderando equipos técnicos. Liderazgo de perfiles técnicos. Excelente comunicación. Experiencia en programación (Python or NodeJS), Web API Design, testing and types of tests, observability, security patterns, microservices, design patterns, database basics, devOps CI-CD.
