• We are seeking a Client Performance Analyst to enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and overall outcomes of our client operations, onboarding processes, and campaign performance. • This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive, and analytical individual who can leverage data to provide actionable insights and drive process improvements. • As a key contributor to our client's team, you will ensure client satisfaction by optimizing operations, analyzing performance metrics, and continuously improving our campaign strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field. • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in operations analysis, client account management, or a similar role. • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Retool). • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to interpret complex data and propose actionable solutions. • Excellent attention to detail and precision in identifying issues and opportunities for improvement. • Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations effectively. • Experience in client onboarding, account management, or campaign performance analysis. • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. • Previous experience working in a SaaS or tech environment, especially with client operations or account management.
