Description

• Collaborate with the co-Founders and senior management to define product vision and strategy • Develop and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends • Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, working closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing • Translate customer needs and market insights into detailed product requirements and use cases • Plan and execute successful product launches, including defining go-to-market strategies and supporting marketing collateral • Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization • Work closely with the customer success team to gather user feedback and prioritize product enhancements • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field • 5 years of experience in product management in tech industry • Proven track record of successful product launches and iterations • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities • Experience with agile development methodologies • Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) • Basic understanding of UX principles and software development processes
