Description

• Manage the preparation, writing, and submission of RFPs • Draft comprehensive RFPs for multi-vendor awards • Collaborate with executive sponsors to craft a cohesive vision for proposal content • Efficiently oversee multiple RFPs, typically overseeing 2-3 right-to-work RFPs and 2 additional within two weeks • Ensure all content meets specified RFP requirements, minimizing disqualification risks

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Communications, Marketing, English, or a related field • 2-4 years of experience in content writing, RFP writing, or proposal coordination • Experience with state or federal procurement processes and multi-vendor RFPs is a plus • Experience in Salesforce or similar CRM systems for tracking and reporting • Strong project management know-how with the aptitude to handle multiple RFPs and timelines concurrently • Excellent writing and editing skills with strong attention to detail • Strong people and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
