Description

• Contributing to the success of the APAC Region. • Supporting the FD, MD and SDs with timely and accurate financial information and analysis. • Responsible for overseeing all financial operations across Singapore, Philippines, and Thailand. • Ensuring accurate financial data and liaising with senior management to drive financial performance. • Provide effective support and cover regional SAP month-end reporting to the offices in your region on their local month-end reporting and finance processes. • Month-end process of each entity and regional consolidation. • Review of monthly NFI by office and teams (compared to budget). • Review of monthly working papers for balance sheet substantiation. • Review of monthly payroll movements and correct cost allocation by teams. • SAP vs payroll reconciliation. • Review of overheads and correct allocation by office and teams. • Work with Group reporting to maintain general ledger and intercompany accounts in SAP. • Review of weekly cash flow and payment runs. • VAT and payroll taxes return preparation. • Dealing with external auditors and various accounting outsourced services. • Monthly accruals review, including rebates, cost of sales and bonus.

Requirements

• Ideally, 8-12 years experience within a similar role. • Knowledge of SAP Business One reporting & downloads. • Good working knowledge of Excel, Google Gdoc’s, V-look up and If functions is essential. • Understanding of journal entries, General Ledger, Trial Balance, cost coding. • Must be able to work to tight deadlines and have excellent attention to detail. • Experience in working with multi currency foreign entities as well as with cost centers. • Proactive individual with strong prioritization skills. • Team player able to work well within a fast paced environment. • Fluency in English and other languages are a plus. • CIMA or ACCA part qualified with a degree in finance, business or administration.
