Description

• Serve as the key liaison between stakeholders and development teams. • Ensure business requirements are effectively translated into technical specifications. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and technical teams to gather and analyze business requirements. • Lead workshops to define and refine user stories, use cases, and workflows. • Act as the subject matter expert (SME) throughout the implementation process. • Work closely with IT teams to design and configure solutions. • Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation. • Develop and maintain documentation, including functional specifications and user manuals. • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding implementations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field. • Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking or financial services sector. • Proven experience working with Backbase or Finzly digital banking platforms. • Strong understanding of digital banking channels, including retail, SME, and corporate banking. • Experience with system integration, APIs, and web services. • Familiarity with banking systems such as core banking, payment processing, and CRM. • Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies, with experience using tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Trello. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of interfacing with business users, technical teams, and senior management. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. • Relevant certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Agile Business Analyst (IIBA), or PMP are a plus. • Prior experience in fintech or digital transformation projects, especially in banking and payments space. • Exposure to data analysis tools, SQL, or experience with enterprise architecture tools.
