• Kaeppel Consulting is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Analyst with extensive knowledge • Serve as the key liaison between stakeholders and the development teams. • Ensure that business requirements are effectively translated into technical specifications. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams. • Lead workshops to define and refine user stories, use cases, and workflows. • Conduct gap analysis between business needs and platform capabilities. • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for the Backbase/Finzly systems. • Work closely with IT and development teams to design and configure solutions. • Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation. • Develop test plans, coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), and validate that system modifications meet business requirements. • Create and maintain detailed documentation. • Develop reports and dashboards to provide stakeholders with insights into system performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field. • Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking or financial services sector. • Proven experience working with Backbase or Finzly digital banking platforms. • Strong understanding of digital banking channels, including retail, SME, and corporate banking. • Experience with system integration, APIs, and web services. • Familiarity with banking systems such as core banking, payment processing, and CRM. • Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies, with experience using tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Trello. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of interfacing with business users, technical teams, and senior management. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. • Relevant certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Agile Business Analyst (IIBA), or PMP are a plus. • Prior experience in fintech or digital transformation projects, especially in the banking and payments space. • Exposure to data analysis tools, SQL, or experience with enterprise architecture tools.
