📋 Description
• Senior Product Design Manager • About Kaiber: Our mission is to empower humans with generative creative tools and discover what it means for humans and machines to make art together. • Our product, Kaiber Labs is a generative AI creative suite that enables creatives to do text2image, text2video, image2video, and video2video with much more on the way. • We also run Kaiber studio - a creative AI research studio. • Kaiber was founded by Victor Wang, Eric Gao, Jacky Lu, and Christine Zuniga. • We are a remote/hybrid company with a distributed workforce in multiple locations. • Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Design Manager to lead our design team and drive the evolution of our user experience. • You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive and engaging products that delight our users.
🎯 Requirements
• 6+ years of experience in product design, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role. • Proven track record of designing and shipping successful digital products in new and innovative spaces. • Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams. • Strong expertise in UX/UI design principles and best practices. • Proficiency with design tools including Figma. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Strong organizational and project management abilities. • Passion for creativity and innovation in the field of AI and generative art. • Ability to inspire and motivate a team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. • Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
