• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of software engineers • Manage project timelines, priorities, and resources • Provide technical guidance and code reviews • Contribute to architectural decisions and design • Collaborate with cross-functional teams • Assist in complex problem-solving and troubleshooting • Continuously evaluate and improve development processes • Mentor and train team members • Ensure code quality, maintainability, and documentation • Identify and mitigate project risks
Requirements
• Proven experience as a software engineer • Strong technical expertise in .NET, Microservices, and communication • Leadership and project management experience • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills • Familiarity with Agile methodologies • Strong organizational skills • Knowledge of software design patterns and scalability • Experience with version control systems and project management tools
