• KAIZEN Asset Management Services is a leading property management firm in Dubai. • Currently hiring a Senior Graphic Designer for a remote position. • Responsible for creating visually compelling designs that communicate our brand and offerings. • Collaborate with the marketing team on creative concepts and design mediums. • Create impactful designs for marketing materials, brochures, advertisements, social media graphics, and website layouts. • Manage multiple design projects while adhering to deadlines. • Stay updated on design trends and best practices. • Work closely with printers and vendors for high-quality production of materials. • Review and provide feedback on designs from junior designers or agencies when necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. • Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). • Experience in creating designs for both print and digital platforms. • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Excellent time management and organizational skills. • Attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. • Remote work experience is preferred. • Experience in the real estate or property management industry is a plus.
