• Marketing Manager responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans. • Developing marketing, branding, and positioning strategies. • Coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities. • Overseeing the marketing budget. • Manage and improve lead generation campaigns and measure results. • Monitor and report on marketing communications effectiveness. • Maintain effective internal communications about marketing objectives. • Create a marketing strategy that positions KAMS as market leader in property management. • Create a strategy for customer loyalty. • Prepare department budget and report monthly. • Effectively manage budget without exceeding limits. • Plan ideas to increase revenues from contracts.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing , Or Equivalent. • 5 years of Marketing Experience( as Minimum). • Has experience in marketing in Dubai • Solid understanding of UAE market • Understanding of Real Estate is a plus • Has worked on branding, strategy, positioning in a corporate environment or startup (not advertising agency) • Been involved in creating and implementing a new marketing or branding strategy that resulted in an increase in brand awareness • Well-spoken and presentable on video and audio, in both Arabic and English.
