• Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends and opportunities. • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support the development of sales strategies. • Prepare and generate sales reports for the sales team and management. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and streamline communication channels. • Assist in refining sales processes and procedures to optimize efficiency. • Support sales planning and budgeting processes by providing data-driven insights. • Assist in sales forecasting analysis efforts to provide pipeline insights to the executive team by sales division and product.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business. • Prior internship or work experience in sales analysis, financial analysis, and/or business planning. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting/dashboarding tools. • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Eagerness to learn and contribute to the growth of the sales department.
