• Provide the infrastructure to automate and standardize how software is built. • Provide tooling to automate test development and execution. • Design large-scale systems for risk and maintainability. • Maintain infrastructure for high-performance data feeds and trading APIs. • Implement high guarantee and availability clearing systems. • Stress test large-scale critical systems for robustness. • Ship fast and with high quality. • Make decisions with flexibility and ownership.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience. • Strong aspiration to learn and communication skills. • Strong technical grasp and ability to tackle complex engineering problems. • Strong familiarity with AWS, k8s, terraform, RDS, Kafka, load balancing. • History of creating and applying new processes and tooling. • Experience planning and driving large projects. • Excellent judgment on task prioritizations. • Growth mindset and eagerness to learn. • Love of the craft. • Can ship at incredible speed. • Experience in networking or security related certificates.
