Description
• Plan, build and maintain autonomous systems for market making strategies on the Kalshi Exchange • Evolve and grow with the company • Building autonomous systems for liquidity allocation • Working on system performance and reliability • Retrieving, organizing, storing and exposing data • Implement forecasting models and algorithms efficiently • Maintain a record of trades executed
Requirements
• 3-7 years of experience building distributed and performance engineering systems • Strong understanding of theoretical trading system design • Ability to work on forecasting models and algorithms • Experience in maintaining organized trade records • Passion for building the financial system's next inflection point
