Description

• Seeking a skilled Software Support Specialist to support customers across the Nordic region • Responsible for remote software services, including troubleshooting, maintenance, updates, and modifications • Ensure customers receive top-tier support as the primary contact for software engineering services • Act as a brand ambassador for Kardex, representing the Life Cycle Service department • Foster strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements

• Technical degree in Computer Science, Software Development, IT, or relevant experience • Experience in remote and onsite software installation and support • Familiarity with industrial communication and interfaces • Experience integrating mechatronic systems with warehouse management and ERP software • Knowledge of MS Windows operating systems and MS SQL • Experience in system-oriented software development with structured text (B & R control systems knowledge is a plus) • Practical experience with common fieldbus systems (e.g., CAN, IO-Link, Powerlink) • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong team player with a confident and assertive attitude • Logistics background (advantageous) • Willingness to travel across the Nordic countries • Valid driving license
