• We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with Web3 background to join our innovative team • Lead the development and execution of product strategies for our software products • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to deliver high-quality and impactful software solutions • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Lead the product lifecycle from conception to launch, including Planning, Development, Testing, Deployment, and Maintenance • Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements to ensure alignment with business objectives • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product initiatives • Communicate product vision and roadmap to stakeholders, including executives, team members, and customers • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features • Facilitate user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve products • Develop and maintain product documentation, including specifications, user guides, and release notes • Act as a product evangelist, sharing insights and fostering a product-centric culture within the organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the tech industry • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle • Web3 Experience is a must • Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies, including Agile and Scrum • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate product concepts to technical and non-technical audiences • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions • Experience conducting market research and competitor analysis • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing • Familiarity with product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana is a plus • Detail-oriented and highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • An entrepreneurial mindset and ability to take ownership of projects, identify problems, and formulate solutions independently • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams • Native/fluent English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
