📋 Description
• Verantworten und koordinieren im Bereich Talent Acquisition das Auslandsrecruiting in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Master Vendor, einschließlich der Auswahl geeigneter Rekrutierungskanäle • Treibe unsere Qualifizierungsoffensive voran: screene und bewerte Qualifikationen bereits beschäftigter Mitarbeiter mit ausländischer Herkunft, identifiziere Entwicklungspotenziale und gezielte Maßnahmen zur Anerkennung und Weiterqualifizierung • Wickel Antragsverfahren und sonstige administrative Formalitäten im Rahmen des Auslandsrecruitings ab • Baue eine Prozess-, Dokumentations- und Reportingstruktur für den Bereich Auslandsrecruiting innerhalb des Unternehmens auf und kooperiere dabei eng mit angrenzenden Fachabteilungen wie HR Service-Center oder Legal
🎯 Requirements
• Erfahrung im Bereich HR, Bildungsträger, Behörden, Expat-Management oder Personaldienstleister/Master Vendor mit Schwerpunkt Auslandsrecruiting und Qualifizierung • Fundierte Kenntnisse und Erfahrung im Umgang mit Verfahren der Einreise und Anerkennung ausländischer Qualifikationen • Starke organisatorische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Prozesse zu strukturieren und zu optimieren • Kommunikationsstärke und die Fähigkeit, mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern auf verschiedenen Ebenen zu interagieren • Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
