• KASH is a rewarded user acquisition platform for gaming and app companies. • Seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior User Acquisition Manager. • Take charge of media buying efforts to scale user acquisition campaigns and drive measurable growth. • Develop, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across key platforms, focusing on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads. • Work closely with core team to refine targeting strategies, improve ROI, and explore innovative acquisition strategies.
🎯 Requirements
• Over 4/5 years of experience in mobile advertising, with a strong focus on user acquisition. • Demonstrated success managing paid mobile marketing campaigns across platforms, including networks like IronSource. • Hands-on expertise in working with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) such as Appsflyer or Adjust. • Proven skills in App Store Optimization (ASO) to improve discoverability and download rates. • A data-driven approach, with experience analyzing large datasets and delivering actionable insights through clear reporting. • In-depth knowledge of mobile attribution and performance tracking methods. • A proven history of managing large-scale, high-budget campaigns across diverse advertising networks. • A passion for mobile apps, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in the app ecosystem.
