Description

• The Technical Solutions Manager will play a critical role in bridging the gap between our clients and our technical team. • Understanding client needs, designing tailored solutions, managing implementation projects. • Ensuring successful adoption of our technology. • Client engagement as the primary technical point of contact for clients. • Collaborate with clients to design customized solutions using Kata.ai’s AICX Platform. • Oversee the development process, providing technical guidance. • Lead the implementation of AI solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time. • Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for clients post-implementation. • Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients on the use of Kata.ai’s products. • Gather feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement in our products and services. • Develop high-level and detailed architecture designs that meet business requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in a technical role, such as Solutions Architect, Technical Project Manager, or Technical Account Manager. • Proven experience working with clients in Telecommunications, Banking & Insurance, Retail & FMCG, Healthcare. • Proven experience in managing and delivering complex technical projects. • Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and natural language processing. • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar. • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and API integrations. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs. • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Fluent in English (both written and spoken). • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and support project implementation.
