•Proven experience in Talent Acquisition or similar role within global startup and tech enterprise environments, demonstrating a successful track record in talent acquisition and retention. •Extensive experience with full-cycle recruiting for both tech and non-tech roles, with a solid understanding of industry trends and best practices. •Global hiring experience, particularly in the global C-level & Senior leadership team, is essential. •Proven experience in executive hiring, with a track record of successfully recruiting for senior leadership positions. •Tech-savvy, familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems, HRIS, sourcing platforms, job boards, and other recruitment tools. •Proficient in various interview techniques and evaluation methods to assess candidate qualifications and fit. •Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders. •Proactive, open-minded, autonomous, highly responsible, and well-organized, able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. •Data-driven and systematic mindset, with a focus on leveraging data analytics to drive informed decision-making in talent acquisition processes.
