• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA specialists • Develop, implement, and refine quality assurance processes and checklists • Oversee the review and approval process for high-priority and complex campaigns • Work cross-functionally to ensure seamless campaign execution and rapid resolution of QA issues
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Quality Assurance, or related field • 3+ years of experience in QA for digital marketing or email campaigns, with at least 1 year in a lead or managerial role • Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills • Expertise in quality assurance practices and tools related to digital marketing and email platforms • Excellent grammar, spelling, and editing skills with a keen eye for detail • Familiarity with tools like Monday.com, Trello, or other project management software (preferred but not required) • Proficiency with email marketing platforms and A/B testing (preferred but not required) • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus, especially for reviewing email or web assets where required (preferred but not required)
