Description

• As our Growth and Revenue Lead - App and Games, your primary focus will be to own new revenue for our client category App Developers (both gaming and non-gaming Apps). New revenue includes revenue from new customers (both inbound and outbound) and incremental growth of revenue from existing key customers. • The leaders in Kayzen’s team who you will closely interact with are our marketing lead (for new customer revenue generation) and our customer success lead (growing key customers). • Your previous experience as a senior business leader in the adtech or mobile apps industry will be a great starting point to create an immediate impact from Day 1. • Apart from your primary tasks, you are welcome to contribute to multiple areas in the organization such as product, data analytics and partnerships. • Since our key product and customer success team members are located globally, we are open to a remote setup of this position. For optimal overlap with customers’ time zones and internal teams your main working location should be anywhere between CET and US East time zone.

Requirements

• Previous business leadership experience in ad-tech or mobile app-development industry • Previous experience in managing B2B sales or partnerships holistically with complex products or services • Previous experience in growing high-performing commercial teams (sales, customer success, technical solutions) • Detail-oriented and process driven with a structured problem-solving attitude and a KPI driven approach. • Great work ethics, results orientation, persuasiveness and high level of initiative and assertiveness • Good business acumen with an ability to identify and execute on growth opportunities • Enjoys working in a fast paced and dynamic start-up environment
