• The Solution Engineer role within our organization bridges the gap between our technical product offerings and customer needs, especially during onboarding and complex integrations • This position requires deep technical expertise and exceptional problem-solving skills to ensure clients effectively integrate our products into their systems, maximizing value and enhancing customer satisfaction • The Solution Engineer will collaborate closely with the Customer Success and Product Support teams to provide support for our key clients
• Bachelor’s degree • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the ad tech or related industries • Good knowledge of web technologies (HTML, APIs) and SQL • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues • Excellent communication and client management skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment • Focusing on customer needs, know-how in setting priorities in a high pressure environment with tight deadlines and showing the necessary resilience • High attention to details and diligent working style
