Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within fast-scaling tech companies. • Experience recruiting in India, especially for tech roles, is a must. • Experience using Greenhouse ATS, LinkedIn, and other direct sourcing strategies. • A creative mindset for employer branding and talent attraction. • A team player attitude with a collaborative approach to challenges. • Excellent communication, organizational, and storytelling skills. • A customer-centric mindset with the ability to provide a seamless candidate experience. • Ownership, agility, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
