• Collaborate with your Recruiting Peers and our Programs to attract, source, identify and hire across different disciplines and skillsets. • Build a pipeline of candidates for our Human Performance Division. • Learn and utilize various recruiting databases and applicant tracking systems to include, Workday, Phenom CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc. • Support surge recruiting as needed. • Follow OFCCP and all other regulations to ensure KBR is being fair and compliant with our recruiting practices.
• Eligible for DoD Skillbridge and approval from your Unit. • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum of two (3) years of Recruiting experience in the military. • Additional years of experience will be accepted in lieu of degree. • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. • be a team player willing to pitch in as needed. • be adaptable to change, able to multi-task, and work well in a high pressure, deadline-driven environment. • Prior experience utilizing recruiting databases and applicant tracking systems, i.e. Workday and Phenom. • Prior experience recruiting Medical and Clinical Professionals.
