Description

•Support the delivery of reliability maintenance solution service remotely. •Aid in problem solving the health of customer equipment. •Set warning and alarm limits for all customer critical machine assets. •General upkeep of customer systems including but not limited to: asset details, pictures, alarm acknowledgement, alarm levels, etc. •Assist in the development and refinement of machine learning algorithms for machine health analysis. •Collaborate on the creation of machine health reports summarizing data insights. •Answer general inquiry questions regarding KCF machine health solutions products. •Perform business/value analysis to identify savings, ROI, and additional value to customers.

Requirements

•Enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, Reliability Engineering, Manufactauring Engineering or similar •Interest in maintenance reliability, manufacturing, or data analysis a plus •Demonstrates leadership in field of study, extra-curricular activities or service organizations •Willingness to ask questions, take initiative and be resourceful and inventive •Outstanding interpersonal and relationship management skills to effectively collaborate with varying levels of the organization, customers, and stakeholders as needed •Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability present to executive level audiences •Proven ability to deliver creative solutions to complicated problems
