Description
•KDCI Outsourcing seeks a skilled Accounting Analyst for analytical support and enhancing decision-making. •Analyze financial statements and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. •Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly. •Support budgeting and forecasting processes, prepare forecasts, and track budget performance. •Ensure compliance with GAAP or IFRS standards and assist with audits. •Utilize NetSuite and advanced Excel features for core accounting tasks, with experience in SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks as a plus. •Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients, communicating financial data clearly.
Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. •CPA or CMA preferred but not required. •2-3 years in a similar role, ideally within an outsourcing or client-focused environment. •Proficiency in NetSuite and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis tools). •Strong understanding of GAAP or IFRS standards, financial analysis, and reporting. •Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
