• Keebo is a venture-backed startup that offers a turnkey cloud-based Data Learning platform for automating and accelerating enterprise analytics. • Hiring an experienced Executive Assistant to provide core administrative support to the CEO. • Position requires anticipating needs and providing consistent, high-level professionalism and confidentiality. • Collaborate closely with the Chief of Staff. • Responsible for managing the CEO's calendar, travel arrangements, and event planning. • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality with all materials.

Requirements

• Proven experience with complex coordination and operations in a faced-paced, start-up environment • 1-3 years of experience supporting a CEO/Founder or executives with broad responsibilities • Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail • The ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little to no supervision • The attitude of a proactive self-starter • Strong communications skills, written and verbal • The ability to switch gears at a moment’s notice • Willingness to operate under non-standard working hours, whether because of the CEO’s work schedule, travel, or other scheduling requirements • High level of integrity and discretion
