Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in JavaScript development, including proficiency in core JavaScript concepts. • 3+ years of experience with React, Redux, Jest, and TypeScript. • Strong experience with browser extension development and the unique challenges it presents (e.g., compatibility across different browsers, browser APIs). • Experience with modern web development tools and workflows, including build tools like Webpack, version control using Git, and CI/CD pipelines. • Solid understanding of frontend architectures, including component-based development, state management, and UI/UX principles. • Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest and writing comprehensive unit and integration tests. • Ability to maintain and improve a large codebase, ensuring it remains stable, scalable, and maintainable. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience. • Experience working with security technologies and understanding of cybersecurity principles, particularly with regard to browser security and data protection. • Experience with performance optimization for browser extensions, focusing on load times, memory management, and responsiveness. • Familiarity with web standards (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and accessibility best practices.
