β€’ Research and execute on prospecting strategy to fuel the sales pipeline and generate qualified meetings for Account Executives through cold calls, emails and other outreach campaigns β€’ Engage prospects with professionalism and empathy to understand their business pain, needs, budget, authority, time frame and identify opportunities to address their challenges β€’ Conduct "discovery calls" using a consultative and problem-solving approach to identify and articulate the appropriate Kegmil value proposition to our prospective customers β€’ Manage and qualify inbound leads for follow-ups, lead nurturing or other active engagements β€’ Partner with Marketing team to drive meetings and attendance at webinars and other events β€’ Stay up to date with our company pitch, product offering and roadmap β€’ Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets of qualified opportunities β€’ Update and maintain CRM database of all customer-related activities and communication

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Interest and passion to kick-start or advance a career in consultative tech sales β€’ Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills β€’ High energy and positive attitude β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Mandarin speaking ability is an added advantage) β€’ Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively β€’ Motivated, proactive and goal-oriented to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets β€’ Sales or new business development experience within IT/software industry is preferred
