• Review and process incoming CVs • Conduct initial outreach to potential candidates • Maintain accurate records in the ATS • Provide comprehensive administrative support • Foster strong collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders • Maintain organized and accurate records of candidate information • Identify opportunities for process enhancement • Assist in promoting clients' value proposition
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR administration • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and applicant tracking systems • Strong organizational and time management abilities • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • High attention to detail • Ability to work effectively in a team environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and database management • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
