Requirements

•Proven experience in a recruitment firm, and a deep understanding the operations of recruitment as a business. A track record of succeeding in a similar job would be required. •Leadership abilities, confidence in leading in interactions. •Independent and proactive, bringing energy, intelligence, and resourcefulness. •Operational management experience with a strategic problem-solving approach. •Professional demeanor, capable of impressing clients and partners internationally. •Enjoys engaging with new companies and individuals globally, adept at selling solutions and services where necessary.
