📋 Description
• Drive design problem-solving end-to-end, from identifying user needs, generating concepts to defining and creating a product and crafting how people will interact with it. • Synthesize business, technology, user and content requirements into design concepts and set direction for the development of prototypes, user flows, design patterns and mocks-up. • Communicate design concepts and design decisions, and explain trade-offs in a compelling way to stakeholders to get buy-in. • Work closely with lead product manager to shape the product roadmap by sharing human-centered design perspectives. • Co-conduct research and testing with researchers. • Review work of junior designers and provide technical guidance to improve designs. • Where applicable, work with vendors to achieve project outcomes.
🎯 Requirements
• 7 years of experience in UX Design. • Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams of Designers, Researchers, Engineers, and Product Managers throughout the design process. • Experience with industry standard design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, Figma). • Experience working with early-stage efforts, negotiating with ambiguity and driving projects forward. • Portfolio highlighting multiple projects that demonstrates experience crafting digital interfaces, and designing consumer-focused, app/mobile products. • Excellent application interaction and visual design skills and a portfolio of interactive consumer-facing mobile products. • A critical thinker and problem solver. • Detailed, organized and display professionalism under pressure. • Team player and able to work in cross functional and matrix teams.
