• Kendago is a global leader in Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) digital marketing and advertising. • We provide brands with a comprehensive suite of services, including proprietary AdTech-backed PPC, creative production, digital marketing expertise, and data-backed CRO optimization. • As a Manual QA Engineer, you will play a critical role in the quality assurance of our web-based data application. • Your primary responsibility will be to test features, identify and document issues, and ensure the application’s functionality and performance align with product requirements. • You’ll collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver a smooth, error-free user experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). • At least 3–4 years of experience as a manual QA tester. • Extensive knowledge of manual testing methodologies and techniques. • Experience in web application testing and understanding of web technologies. • Experience with SQL and relational databases (e.g., MySQL). • Familiarity with testing frameworks and tools. • Familiarity with HTTP protocols. • Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proven experience working on complex systems with multiple data sources that require verification of calculations, including handling edge cases. • The candidate should be comfortable working with highly dynamic systems and data that change hourly, leading to various scenarios requiring adaptability and precision.
