📋 Description
• This is a remote position. • Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de contenido en redes sociales para Kettelsen International Recruiting, Panyeah, TN Visa Advisors y Grupo AIB. • Crear y publicar contenido diario en redes sociales (Facebook, LinkedIn y Instagram), incluyendo textos, imágenes, videos y blogs. • Editar videos para contenido promocional, educativo y de entretenimiento. • Diseñar gráficos atractivos y profesionales para publicaciones en redes sociales. • Administrar y monitorear las cuentas de redes sociales, respondiendo a comentarios y mensajes de manera oportuna y profesional. • Analizar y reportar el rendimiento de las campañas en redes sociales, utilizando herramientas de análisis para medir el éxito y realizar ajustes según sea necesario. • Colaborar con otros departamentos para asegurar que el contenido de redes sociales esté alineado con las metas y objetivos de la empresa. • Mantenerse actualizado con las últimas tendencias y mejores prácticas en redes sociales y marketing digital.
🎯 Requirements
• Egresado en Diseño Gráfico o campo relacionado. • Experiencia comprobable como Social Media Manager o en un rol similar. • Habilidades sólidas en la creación y edición de videos. • Dominio de herramientas de diseño gráfico como Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator , CapCut y Canva. • Excelente capacidad de redacción y comunicación en español e ingles. • Conocimiento profundo de las plataformas de redes sociales y sus mejores prácticas. • Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y en equipo, gestionando múltiples tareas y proyectos. • Creatividad y atención al detalle.
