Description
• Join KeyBank as a Digital Adoption Manager to maximize platform usage. • Develop, plan, and manage platform implementation and integration. • Support and train internal teams on platform functionalities. • Collaborate with technology teams and manage access levels. • Create documentation and guides for staff usage.
Requirements
• 3+ years working in digital platforms, Web CMS, ESP. • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, information systems management or equivalent preferred. • Experience in a collaborative, Agile, and data-driven environment. • Strong understanding of digital landscape, technologies, and best practices. • Knowledge of user-centered design and digital user experience. • Passionate about leveraging user-generated and third-party data for intelligent software experiences. • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills. • Preferred: Experience with WalkMe, Fullstory, and/or Relay Network; Experience in the financial services industry.
