Description
• Part of the Fraud Risk Management team • Development and execution of processes, tools and documentation for fraud risks oversight • Provide oversight for fraud risks and maintain fraud scheme library • Review and challenge LOBs for risks, controls, and programs related to fraud • Review fraud findings and provide oversight to leadership
Requirements
• High School Diploma • 3+ years fraud/risk management experience • Understanding of fraud related controls and issues • Sound understanding of fraud risks, schemes and internal control frameworks • Experience working/managing projects across multiple functional areas • Excellent problem-solving abilities • Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills • Proficient PC skills with experience in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, GRC • Ability to adapt to change and communicate requirements • Flexibility to switch priorities based on the needs of the company • Fast learner who seeks out and shares best practices • Ability to grasp complex processes quickly • Excellent problem-solving abilities and results oriented
